The Physical Therapy Assistant Program lab is a spacious, well lit area setup similarly to a practicing physical therapy clinic. The front half of the lab features exercise equipment such as a Total Gym, stationary bike, parallel bars, pulleys, shoulder wheel, large colorful balls, bolsters, wedges and mats. The back half of the lab contains 16 padded treatment tables separated by beige privacy curtains, along with chalkboards, linen cabinets, a tilt table, traction table, canes, crutches, walkers, braces and artificial legs (prostheses).

Off to the side of the lab is a tiled hydrotherapy room that contains an arm/leg whirlpool, 2 sinks, a cold pack machine, a hot pack machine and supplies. The lab also contains a wide array of physical therapy equipment that is used in current clinical practice. A large storage area houses electrical machines that are used to decrease pain and promote healing such as: ultrasound, ultraviolet, shortwave diathermy, paraffin bath, intermittent compression unit, and electrotherapy for various forms of electrical treatment involving high voltage, low voltage, interferential current, Russian stimulation, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and electromyography.
